Connect Funnel Ai to Zoom
Funnel Ai connects to your organization’s Zoom account so authorized users can schedule Zoom meetings and retrieve cloud recordings and completed meeting transcripts.
Add the app
- Sign in to Funnel Ai as an owner.
- Open Settings > Zoom.
- Select Connect to Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom with an administrator account.
- Review the requested permissions and select Allow.
- Confirm that Funnel Ai displays Connected.
Use the integration
To create a Zoom meeting, open a scheduling workflow in Funnel Ai and select Zoom as the online meeting provider.
After an eligible Zoom meeting ends, Funnel Ai can retrieve the authorized cloud recording and transcript data after Zoom completes processing.
Remove the app
From Funnel Ai:
- Open Settings > Zoom.
- Select Disconnect and confirm.
From Zoom:
- Open Zoom App Marketplace > Manage > Added Apps.
- Select Funnel Ai.
- Select Remove and confirm.
Disconnecting deletes the stored Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens and stops future Zoom API access.
Data and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Network traffic uses HTTPS, Zoom webhook signatures are verified, and stored Zoom data is isolated by Funnel Ai customer tenant. Zoom data is not sold or used for advertising.
